About Sevyughin V.K.

Sevryughin Vitaly Konstantinovich, Doctor of technical science, was born on April 28 of 1939; he graduated from the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute in 1961, after that he studied in the Institute of Marxism-Leninism, in the philosophy department (1962-1963 years). From 1968 to 1980 he studied in the Institute of Patent Study. From 1970 till now he's been working for the SANIIRI. In 1980 he defended a thesis for gaining academic degree of candidate of technical science (Ph.D.) on a subject of "Study and development of technological bases of sprinkling with irrigation gun machines of frontal action".

In 1997 he defended a thesis for getting academic degree of Doctor of technical science on a subject of "Improvement of irrigation technique and technology by sprinkling under the conditions of Central Asia". A general characteristic of the work is described on the last page.
From 1984 to 1994 he worked pluralistically in TIEIMA, was a supervisor of seven postgraduate students, who successfully defended theses for scientific degree of candidate of technical science. Over 120 works of his have been published, including 67 articles in journals and monographs.
In the report on discoveries of inventions, patents and trademarks he published 24 works.
After defense of the Doctor thesis, from 1998 to 2001 he published 12 works and has prepared a course of lectures for students of magistrate of TIEIMA.
He is an author of sprinkling machine DFD-80, serially manufactured in Ukraine, as well as owner of design documentation.
